The construction of the modern customer care office in Omaruru is progressing well. This is a multi-office building and is scheduled to be completed by June 2018. The office building, which has excellent access from the main road, will strengthen Erongo RED’s frontage in a strategically significant area once completed. Once completed, the new office will consist of a customer care centre, cashier points and credit control.
Particular attention has been paid to the design and construction of the building to ensure a more user-friendly, environmental sustainability and energy efficient office. Whilst the construction is still ongoing, the company has received positive feedback and commendation from our customers about modern feel and look of the customer care centre.
At the recent inauguration of the Head Office, the CEO, Mr. Fessor Mbango, indicated that the company is striving to have modern infrastructure in all the towns within the Region. “We have acquired land in various towns as well, and I am confident that, as time goes, other towns and suburbs will also get new offices, from where we can serve our customers better,” said Mbango.
